Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Simple Job Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Simple Job Tracker for personal, non-commercial job application tracking purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the service
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Subscription and Payment

Simple Job Tracker offers free access for unemployed job seekers. For employed users, a subscription fee applies. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
  • Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Simple Job Tracker, including job application data and documents. By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

  • Store and process your content to provide the service
  • Access and use your content as necessary to maintain and improve the service
  • Create backups of your data

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and agree not to upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Simple Job Tracker to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that Simple Job Tracker will be available at all times. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the service at any time
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

The materials on Simple Job Tracker are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Simple Job Tracker or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
